Kojak è su un nuovo caso, i corpi di due giovani ragazzi si trovano nel fiume Harlem. La loro madre (Kate Nelligan) è il principale evidente sospettato, in particolare con il suo passato scandaloso, ma Kojak crede di essere innocente.
